All travelers will need a valid passport for their travels to Brazil. Also, the passport must contain un-used visa pages for the visa to be issued. We recommend traveling with at least 6 months of remaining validity on your passport at all times. - Birth Certificate. A NOTARIZED copy of the applicant's birth certificate.

- Polio Vaccination. For applicants between the ages of 3 months and 6 years, a certificate of vaccination against Polio is required. If the child cannot be inoculated, please submit a notarized letter from the child's physician.
